Twelfth Night Guesthouse

Once owned for almost 25 years by the governors of the Royal Shakespeare Company, the Twelfth Night Guest House is a wonderfully transformed Victorian Villa constructed in 1897. At the centre of Stratford upon Avon, and only a 10 minute walk from the town centre and Royal Shakespeare Theatre, this is the perfect location for a cheap and cheerful visit!

The Twelfth Night Guest House is a family-run Bed & Breakfast, providing a warm welcome and service, as the 4-star AA accreditation suggests. They offer 6 tastefully and traditionally decorated ensuite double rooms with 1 single room. They all include TV, free WiFi, a clock radio, hairdryer, ironing facility, tea/coffee making facilities and a detailed information guide.

Breakfast is served in the wonderfully decorated dining room on Wedgewood China between 8.00 and 8.45. You can choose between either a Full English or Continental Breakfast. Vegetarian and other special dietary requirements can be provided for upon prior request.

Check-in is normally before 2.30pm and after 5pm, however this timing can be flexible if you can’t adhere by these times – just let them know beforehand.

One garage or parking space is also available to each room. No pets or smoking is allowed.
