Stratford Leisure Centre

Stratford Leisure Centre is located on Bridgefoot in central Stratford-upon-Avon. It has recently enjoyed a £500,000 renovation to bring customers some of the most advanced and hi-tech leisure services in the borough.

The Centre now boasts new, state of the art equipment and facilities. Improvements include cardiovascular machines with personal television and iPod connectivity, a new range of strengthening, resistance and weightlifting equipment, Zig Zag dance mats, exercise bikes, as well as Power Plates to add a fresh approach to your exercise routine, and the latest Trixter Bikes to provide patrons with an interactive cycling workout that is tailored to your level of fitness.

The most popular addition however, is the revolutionary Interactive Sports Wall. It provides a unique way to improve hand-eye coordination, mobility and flexibility through the use of its touch-sensitive electronic targets.

The ever-popular group exercise programme has also enjoyed a revamp. New springboard flooring and Kieser spin bikes are now accompanied by air conditioning throughout. The frequency of Zumba classes has also been increased for adults, with Total Dance being introduced for children between the ages of 4 and 16.

Two swimming pools with fully ASA accredited Swim School instructors, a Sports Hall and four floodlit all-weather football pitches now sit proudly alongside this bold investment.

A wide range of children’s parties in a variety of themes can also be booked at a cost of £11 per child. Additional provisions such as party bags and party food are provided at an additional cost.

Adults can enjoy the facilities at Stratford Leisure Centre for just £42 per month, with discounts for seniors, concessions, students and young adults. Those not willing to sign up to a monthly membership are also able to pay on a per-session basis.
